Mark Holland talks about his Resilient Cities Manifesto (prelude to Gaining Ground 2010)

Mark Holland is a highly-regarded sustainability planner and thinker with a practice in Vancouver and Nanaimo. Mark and his colleagues have contributed significantly to the practice of sustainability in communities throughout BC, Canada, and internationally. He was invited to give a summary address to the October 2009 Gaining Ground summit on "Resilient Cities."
